N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Ypsilanti farmer is getting planting assistance from Farm Rescue for the second time.

Farm Rescue will be assisting Gary Marks of Ypsilanti after he was involved in a car accident where someone ran a red light and hit him.

Marks has been farming his 2,800 acres in the Ypsilanti area for nearly 42 years. Farm Rescue is helping him plant around 870 of those. He pointed out that this isn’t the first time they’ve relied on Farm Rescue to help them out.

Because of his experiences with Farm Rescue, Marks stated that he would recommend them to anyone who was in need of planting, haying or farming assistance.
