CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County 4-Hers participated in the Project Expo Contest on June 15th held at the Sheyenne Care Center. 

Spokeswoman Sue Toppen said the objectives of the contest are:

1. To provide youth with an experience in planning, preparing and displaying an article or educational exhibit. 

2. To give youth an opportunity for self-expression verbally and visually. 

3. To provide youth with an opportunity to share with others what they have learned in the specific project. 

Toppen said all contestants will have the opportunity to compete at the State Fair in Minot in July 21-29.
