N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is investigating an incident involving a car crashing into a home in northeast Jamestown Tuesday.

According to police, the crash occurred at around 12:10 PM when a van driven by an elderly woman left the road and struck a house near 4th Street and 5th Avenue.

“She was coming down college hill, bumped a curb and lost control,” a home resident told NewsDakota.

An ambulance was called, but the driver did not request medical assistance. There were no other injuries and the Police Department is investigating the crash.
