N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Zap, ND man has been arrested following reports of a suspicious person Wednesday night in Jamestown.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, calls of a suspicious person at Exxon in the south part of Jamestown were received at around 8:30 PM. The report included a description of the individual and vehicle they were driving. Officers were able to locate and identify the vehicle at the on ramp of Exit 258 shortly after. A check showed the vehicle was stolen in Ramsey County earlier that day.

Brian Dean Wills, 53, of Zap, ND was apprehended without incident. He’s being charged with driver under the influence of drugs and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
