CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Jamestown Jaws Swim Team has 5 swimmers that have qualified for the North Dakota State Team and will attend the Central Zones Swim Meet in Rochester, MN August 3rd-6th, 2017. 51 athletes ages 9-14 are now on North Dakota State Team. Swimmers qualify for the State Team by securing a AAA time or taking first or second place in the state of ND during the Long Course swim season.

Noah Haglund, age 14 of Valley City. Parents are Bret and Toni Haglund. Noah will swim the 800 Free and 400 Free.

Chea Baugh, age 12 of Jamestown. Parents are Myke Baugh and Dawn Baugh. Chea will swim the 200 Back and 200 IM.

Bodi Haglund, age 10 of Valley City. Parents are Bret and Toni Haglund. Bodi will swim the 50 Breast, 100 Breast and 200 IM.

Georgia Lettenmaier, age 10 of Litchville. Parents are Doug and Jenny Lettenmaier. Georgia will swim the 50 Free, 100 Free, 200 Free and 400 Free.

Logan Bradley, age 10 of Jamestown. Parents are Casey and Katie Bradley. Logan will swim the 100 Fly and 200 Free.

Central Zone is one of the four zones of USA Swimming. The Local Swimming Committees that are part of the Central Zone are Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Lake Erie, Michigan, Midwestern, Minnesota, Missouri Valley, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Ozark, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

The Jamestown Jaws Head Coach is Ben Smith. Leading the ND State Team will be Alex Lucy, Head Coach of the West Fargo Flyers.
