N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Crews have fixed a water main break Tuesday in the Southwest part of Jamestown.

Water Superintendent Steve Suko reports that a sleeve was applied to the water main. Water service was restored at around 12 PM.

The Jamestown City Engineer’s Office has crews on site in SW Jamestown for a water main break.

Because of the break, crews may need to temporarily shut off water for utility repairs. The city reports that areas around 18th & 19th Street SW between 9th Ave. & 12th Street SW may be affected by the temporarily water shut off.
