N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – One of the signature pieces of the new University of Jamestown Newman Arena is the bell tower, which will be rung after every Jimmie victory.

It’s also one of the final pieces.

On Thursday, crews installed the four-bell system to the arena. A crane was used to hoist the large, brass bells into the tower, roughly 45 feet above the entrance.

The $15 million arena is in its last weeks of construction and continues to work towards a deadline of the All Class Homecoming in September. Below are some photos and video of the bell being installed, as well as a peek at the inside of the arena.
