N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – After years of planning and work, the Two Rivers Activity Center will be fully opened on September 5th.

Facilities Manager Amy Walters states that over the last week, minor details were being addressed before opening to the public.

Walters says workout equipment was also being moved and installed as well as the turf inside the bubble.

The Learning Center was opened earlier than the facility and Director Tammy Mewes says they have staff and capacity to take care of up to 105 children.

Walters says they will be holding an open house Wednesday through Saturday for individuals to come and see the facility for themselves before it’s open. Tours will be given Wednesday and Thursday from 3 to 7, and Friday and Saturday from 9 to 12.
