(NewsDakota.com) Jacob DeWald had a touchdown pass and reception, and Clayton Grueneich ran in another score as the Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm football team remained perfect on the 2017 season with a convincing 28-10 victory over Fargo Oak Grove Lutheran Friday night.

DeWald got the scoring going with a 51 yard pass to Lane Hanson in the early stages of the first quarter, and the Thunder (5-0, 4-o Class A Region I) never looked back. Kodie Slivoskey threw a touchdown pass to DeWald later in the game, and Clayton Grueneich and Ryan Ost added rushing scores from 31 and 15 yards out.

The Grovers (4-1, 3-1) only managed a 25 yard field goal from Tjadan Anderson in the first quarter and a Ben Hoggarth 12 yard run in the fourth.
