JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – One individual has been charged following a search warrant conducted by Stutsman County Narcotics Task Force on October 4th.

18 year-old Jacob Wangrud-Eberhardt of Jamestown was charged Friday, October 6th with three Class B Felonies including delivery of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and marijuana. He was also charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of drug paraphernalia.

In a release, the department reported that some residents were worried after two loud shots were heard during the warrant search. They informed everyone that the loud bangs were distraction devices that were deployed and no one was hurt during the incident.

During the search, officers found drugs, paraphernalia, and a firearm at the Northeast residence. Wangrud-Eberhardt is currently being held on $3,000 bond.
