JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A career and internship fair planned in Jamestown will be held today from 11 AM to 2 PM at the University of Jamestown’s Harold Newman Arena.

Heidi Larson, Director of Career Services and Experiential Education at the University, says the event is held in coordination with Valley City State University.

Larson says members of both Universities as well as community members are being encouraged to participate in the free event. Larson says they will have a wide variety of careers available to the students and community.

Larson reports that she made it a point to bring in a business for each of the majors offered at the University of Jamestown as well. Participants are asked to come in business or business casual attire and bring a resume. She says some businesses may conduct on site interviews.
