VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City High School Student Council would like to thank everyone who supported the Stuff a Truck Food Drive once again this year.

Student advisor Penny Peterson said the students delivered over 5,803 food items and $1393.00 to the Barnes County food pantry on November 9th to help fill their holiday food boxes.

Peterson said this is more than just a feel-good project; it’s real and will impact many families in the community. If you missed out on the donation drive, you can always drop off donations at the Food Pantry located in the Barnes County Senior Center.

Thanks so much to our i3G Media, KOVC Radio, Leevers Foods, Bernatello’s Pizza Corner, Marketplace Foods and the students in the Valley City School District.
