Four Jimmies Named All-NSAA Football

  • JAMESTOWN, ┬áN. D. (NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown football team finished their season two weeks ago against Waldorf at 2-7 and today had four players named second team All-North Star and four named honorable mention.

The starting tackle tandem of Andrew Maniss and Anthony Aberdeen were both selected to the second team. They are both juniors and will return in 2018.

Tight end Zeb Taber was also named to the team with cornerback Troy Studard being the only Jimmie defender to crack the list.

Four players were named honorable mention; Branden Edwards, Caleb Ellingson, Liam Huseby and Andrew Jensen.

Edwards is the only one of the eighth not excepted to return in 2018.
