JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for November to Debra Horner, employed by the Veteran’s Clinic in Jamestown for her outstanding customer service.

“The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations,” the Chamber reports.

Debra’s letter of nomination stated:

“Debra works as a nurse at the Veteran’s Clinic. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She asks all the right questions and is very concerned about the health and wellbeing of her patients. She truly loves her job. I highly recommend her for this award. I believe she has been there since the clinic opened. Thank you for doing such a great job for your patients.”

The Jamestown Chamber of Commerce congratulated Horner, who will be recognized along with the other customer service award winners at the Chamber’s annual banquet in January 2018.
