VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public Schools is proud to announce that Natalie Boe has received the 2017-2018 North Dakota Technology and Engineering Educators Association Teacher Excellence Award.

Boe is a 4th grader teacher at Washington Elementary in Valley City. She will receive this award at the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association National Conference in Atlanta, Georgia in the spring of 2018.

Washington elementary principal Chad Lueck said, “When it comes to STEM education, Mrs. Boe is a recognized leader. She is so passionate about the importance of STEM education and this shines brightly in her classroom with projects and activities.”

Natalie Boe has been teaching in Valley City for 17 years. She and her husband Jim have 2 children, Ashley and Sophia.
