N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of two new sex offenders who have moved within the community.

Taylor Nare Tabcum, 21, has moved to 606 4th Street SE. Mr. Tabcum was assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. He was charged with sexual assault on a child/indecent exposure in 2009. He was also charged with sexual contact with no consent in 2013. He is currently on probation with ND Probation and Parole.

James Michael Brown II, 38, currently resides at 414 4th Street NE #2. Mr. Brown has also been assigned a high risk assessment. He was charged in 1999 with sexual assault, gross sexual imposition, and simple assault when he fondled a 16 year-old girl on two occassions. He later fondled a 15 year-old and 13 year-old.

Both Tabcum and Brown are not wanted at this time. This notification is meant for public safety only and should not increase fear in the community. Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten an offender will be turned over for prosecution.
