VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Earlier this year, Valley City hired Stantec Inc., to help the city formulate a comprehensive land use and transportation plan. Public input was gathered at several meetings this year.

Earlier this year City Administrator David Schelkoph said the North Dakota Department of Transportation helped the city pay $231,000 for the study being a large portion of the plan deals with road infrastructure. He said the city’s cost share is $149,000.
