N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Laundry Love is a human care initiative that partners with individuals, groups, and local laundromats.

“The initiative helps to wash the clothes and bedding of an individual or family living in poverty,” the organization states. “From the infant to the aged, from diverse eccentricities and cultures, Laundry Love Seeks to nurture the health, hygiene, economic and relational well-being of each person through networking and friendship.”

The program has been held locally in Jamestown since November 2017. The organization provides laundry soap and quarters to help support those in need of clean clothes and bedding. They will pay for 3 loads for an individual and 6 loads for a family.

In Jamestown, Laundry Love sets up in Rainbow Laundry from 3 to 7 PM on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
