LITCHVILLE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender is living at 205 5th Avenue in Litchville, ND.
Devin Allen Odegard, has been assigned moderate-risk level by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee. Odegard is required to register as an offender until February 20, 2036.
Odegard was born in 1992, is a white male, 6’1, 220 pounds, hazel eyes, brown hair.
Odegard was convicted in Clay County, Minnesota District Court of Criminal Sexual Conduct, 3rd Degree in 2010. Odegard’s victims were a 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl. Both victims were friends of Odegard.
Odegard is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Any use of this information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
