GRAND FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakoat.com)- The VCHS Speech Team traveled to the Grand Forks Speech Classic this past Saturday, March 3rd.

In a field of 11 teams, the Hi-Liner speech team managed to capture the team title placing 1st with 194 points. Placing 2nd with 83 points was West Fargo High School and 3rd was West Fargo Sheyenne with 72 points.

The Hi-Liners picked up several new state qualifiers and did well in the field of almost 400 individual entries. Individual results are as follows:
