BISMARCK, N.D.  (NewsDakota.com) The last two times the Cardinals made it to the State Class B Boys Basketball Tournament in 2010 and 1995, they brought home the State Championship.  In 2018, the Cardinals are the number five seed and will play the last game Thursday night against the number four seeded Stanley Blue Jays at the Bismarck Events Center. The Blue Jays made it to the state tourney last year and finished in seventh place. Both teams have a 22-2 record coming into the tournament and have not played each other this year. Stanley beat New Town in the Region 8 championship in Williston, while Carrington beat Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier in the Region 3 championship in Jamestown.
