JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – For the first time since jet service was installed at the Jamestown Regional Airport, boarding’s were down for the month of February compared to last year.

While boarding reports for February at the Jamestown Regional Airport remain positive, numbers show that there were fewer passengers in February 2018 compared to February 2017. A total of 1,036 passengers boarded at Jamestown, down from 1,199 in 2017.

This puts Jamestown behind it’s yearly total count at this time. 1,956 boarding’s have been logged compared to 2,061 at the same time a year ago.

Numbers may be down, but the Jamestown Regional Airport continues to impress with monthly boarding’s remaining over 1,000 for the second straight year.
