VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Tessa Anderson and Nora Wolhart served as mayor for a day after their essay’s on city government were selected by the city of Valley City.

The two Jefferson Elementary School 3rd graders received a certificate of honor for winning the contest during the regular city commission meeting on April 3rd.
