ABERDEEN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Both softball programs in Valley City will be in action Monday bringing their games indoors at The Presentation College Dome in Aberdeen.

Sunday night they split a pair of games with Dakota State losing 2-1 and winning 5-3.The Trojans are no strangers to playing indoor, they have played 24 games in Aberdeen this season.

Valley City High School, who’s been practicing exclusively indoors for a month, will get in their first game of the season. The opening two weeks of the year for The Hi-Liners has seen every contest get rescheduled and past Monday the schedule is still unknown.

Monday isn’t just an opportunity to hit the field but also a chance to face their rivals from the west in Jamestown.
