JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown High softball team played outside for the first time this year when they went to Bismarck and took on the Demons. But the Jays made 12 errors in the doubleheader and lost both games; 7-2 and 7-3.

Peyton Gall took the loss in game one despite going seven innings only two unearned run with eight strikeouts. She also walked six. Alex Nihill took the loss in game two going the distance with one earned run.

Rachel Schiele lead the offense in game one with two hits and a triple.

The losses drop the Jays to 0-4 on the season. Jamestown is scheduled to be back in action in next Thursday at home against Minot.
