JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- The Valley City High School speech team won took home The Class A State Championship Saturday at Jamestown. State winners for The Hi-Liners were Maggie Oberlander, Abby Slyter, David Opdahl and Morgan Jenner, Andrew King and Talia Germann and Rose Marcellus. Two weeks ago Valley City won The EDC title.
