Gussner Elementary PTO Raising Funds for New Playground Equipment

 

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Gussner Elementary Parent Teacher Organization has set up a 3K inflatable run this Saturday to raise money for new playground equipment.

Parent and PTO member Dana Wallace says they would like to raise money to upgrade the equipment and make it more ADA accessible.

Wallace says they have one more structure to get rid of. She says what they want to replace it with has a hefty price tag. For those interested in the fundraising and events the PTO is putting on, Wallace encourages individuals to follow their Facebook page.

The cost to be the in the 3K inflatable run is $30 and includes a T-shirt. Registration will be 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at McElroy Park with the event set to being at 10 AM.

Everyone is invited.
