JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A business park created by the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation in 2004 along I-94 could be selling it’s final two lots.

The I-94 Business Park is a business and industrial park located at the junction of I-94 and Hwy 281. The Park is accessible from the south by Country Club Road or from the west by 3rd Ave SW.

Earlier this week during the JSDC’s Board of Directors meeting, CEO Connie Ova informed them that UPS would be potentially purchasing the final two lots in the park. Business Development Director Corry Shevlin says UPS is looking to expand in the city.

Shevlin says the business park lots filled quicker than expected. He says they still have multiple lots they’ll continue to push to prospective businesses.

The city of Jamestown will now be needed to approve the sale of the lots.
