JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Each Friday when needed, the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office will announce a “Felon Friday” to gain more information from the public and locate a wanted individual.

This week, the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Kelley Ann Brown. She is currently has four arrest warrants out of Stutsman County. She could be located either in the Jamestown, Valley City, or LaMoure area. She is wanted for Felony Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension, and two violations of the 24/7 program.

Brown is a 24 year-old white female weighing approximately 160 lbs. She is 5’4″ with blue eyes and brown hair. The Sheriff’s Office reports that she is known to dye her hair to change her appearance.
