CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Cando, ND woman facing several charges stemming from a 2017 case in Foster County has been arrested.

Karri Daugherty, 28, faces 9 charges that include three felony counts of Criminal Conspiracy, felony burglary, theft of property, and breaking into a vehicle. Daugherty plead not guilty in October and November 2017 to all charges.

Foster County Clerk of District Court Danielle Beckley reports that Daugherty was scheduled to appear at a motion hearing on June 27th and failed to appear.

“A bench warrant was issued at that time with a $5,000.00 bond set,” Beckley stated.

Daugherty was arrested recently on several warrants including 1 criminal and 2 child support.

“As far as the child support cases, she was scheduled to appear for an Order to Show Cause on April 9th and failed to do so. At that time a Bench Warrant was issued.”

Daughtery is scheduled for a bond hearing this afternoon. She’s currently being held at the Stutsman County Correctional Center on $5,000 bond.
