JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A public open house has been scheduled for July 25th in Jamestown to update area residents on the statewide active and public transportation plan.

The open house will feature representatives from the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and its consultant team to answer questions and discuss concerns.

“The plan will review and identify existing and emerging needs and recommend strategies for the future of biking, walking, rolling, and transit across the state,” the NDDOT states. “[This] will provide opportunity for the public receive updates on plan progress and introduce for review and comment a proposed statewide bicycle network.”

The Jamestown open house will be held at the Jamestown City Hall from 4 PM to 7 PM.
