VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – If you see something, say something, that’s the focus behind a new community wide effort to reduce domestic violence.

It’s called Green Dot and APOC spokesperson Jacob Olson is recruiting local people to get free training to prevent, stop or report domestic violence in the community.

The Green Dot program is part of an initiative set up by the North Dakota Department of Health as a way to reduce domestic violence.

For more information about Green Dot call Jacob Olson the Prevention Coordinator and Victim Advocate for APOC in Valley City.

Olson explained the Green Dot program to the Valley City Commission at their regular board meeting on September 4th.
