VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Keith Hovland of Valley City and Jerry Piper of Fargo, the founders of Product Acquisition and Integration Services, purchased Huber Manufacturing Company in 2018 and started the production of the Huber 850-E Maintainer in Valley City.

The original “Huber Manufacturing Company” was founded in 1863 in Marion, Ohio to manufacture farm implements, but eventually the company moved to build maintainers for the construction industry. Co-owner Keith Hovland.

Hovland also talked about one of the maintainers they are currently assembling in Valley City.

He and co-owner Jerry Piper plan to hire 6 full-time workers in the future. The company occupies the west half of the former Vansco building in the Northwest Industrial Park of Valley City.

Hovland and Piper gave a presentation about the company to the Valley City Area Chamber Ambassadors on September 12th.
