HILLSBORO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- As the schedule gets tougher for Maple Valley/Enderlin, the need for a complete defensive game becomes great. The Falcons, who have yet to get a win, can expect maybe their toughest match up Friday night in The Burros of Hillsboro/Central Valley.

Last week against Kindred, MVE allowed The Vikings to 421 total yards of offense but they did collect a pair of sacks and a turnover. Coach Nathan Hoots, who had 2 freshmen in the starting line up, says the defense was able to make plays but just couldn’t complete them

HCV retained the top spot in the latest Class A Poll. Over their first 4 games they’ve outscored opponents 149-16. Those numbers stem from their triple option offense. All week disciple has been stressed for MVE

The Falcons will play a road game for the first time in 2 week, they face HCV in Hillsboro.
