JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County Wildlife Federation will be very busy heading into the fall hunting season.

Yearly, the Stutsman County Wildlife Federation has a variety of focuses to support wildlife and wildlife habitats.

Club member Cathleen O’Higgins says a big event they hold yearly is their Youth Pheasant Hunt on September 30th.

O’Higgins says they need participants to sign up ahead of time so they have a rough idea of how many kids will be involved. She says another event they’re excited for is their first ever Ladies Pheasant hunt on October 14th.

One of the final things for the club is their annual banquet, which is a large fundraiser and membership drive on October 5th.
