NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Senior QB and three-year starter Teddy Allmaras threw for four touchdowns and ran for another as No. 3 New Rockford/Sheyenne came from behind and beat the Wolves of Kidder County on Saturday afternoon, 42-8.  NRS improves to a perfect 9-0, KC ends their season at 5-4.

The Wolves drew first blood after an early turnover by the Rockets in the first quarter, Junior Running back Isaiah Harter ran in from three yards out and the 2-point conversion was good making it 8-0 just three minutes into the game. Then the Rockets took over, scoring six touchdowns unanswered. On their first offensive play after the early TD from Kidder County, Allmaras would connect with Junior Bo Belquist for a 64-yard catch-and-run touchdown making the score tied at eight after the successful 2-point conversion. About one minute later, Allmaras would find Belquist again for a 32-yard touchdown. At halftime, the Rockets led 26-8.

Allmaras threw his third touchdown of the game in the first half connecting with Nathan Holzwarth for a 28-yard touchdown, and with about one minute to play in the third quarter, he would throw to Belquist for his fourth touchdown. His rushing TD was in the first half, rushing in for a 20 yard score. Junior Hunter Thompson scored the last touchdown of the game with about 10 minutes to play in the fourth quarter, running in for a 21-yard touchdown.
