VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) On Sunday we pay tribute to those who lost their lives during WWI.

Bells will be ringing at 11am Sunday to remember the day and the time the war ended 100 years ago.

Several i3G Media radio stations will air tributes by reading the names of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

In Barnes County Fred Smith of Valley City was killed in action and posthumously received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his heroic action.
