CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Cardinals wrestling team participated in the Velva Invitational Wrestling Tournament on Friday and Saturday, November 30th and December 1st in Velva. Carrington won the tourney with 329.5 points, Minot Ryan took second with 271 points, followed by Velva in third, Northern Lights fourth and Watford City fifth. On the individual side, the Cardinals had three champions and three runner-ups out of their 15 varsity wrestlers. Here are the individual results for Carrington:

Next up for the Cardinals will be the Al Larson Invitational on Friday and Saturday, December 7th and 8th in Carrington.
