VALLEY CITY, N.D (NewsDakota.com)- Koye is an 8th grader that wrestles at 106lbs for the Hi-Liners. Koye had a big win over Grand Forks Central’s Tyson Gass that helped propel Valley CIty to a 38-26 win in the Hi-Liners Season Opener. Gass is a returning state place winner and is currently ranked 4th in the state at 106lbs.

Koye wrestles year long and has a deep passion for the sport of wrestling, who also participates in football, track, and band.

Koye is a member of the Valley City High School honor roll and serves as the class president and was an Academic All State wrestler last season.

Koye enjoys hunting, fishing, and weight training in his spare time. Koye is the son of Hi-Liner athletic legends York and Nikki Grebel.
