VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An establishment that has been around for decades on Main Street in Valley City will be shutting it’s doors following a customer appreciation party on December 22nd.

NUBAR owner Ryan Mathias has owned the bar for 15 years. He said there will be a number of giveaways on the final day of business.

The new owner of the property is Scott Brockopp. He said he will renovate the business to become a micro brewery.

Brockopp said the building will be renovated to accommodate the micro brewery equipment.

The new business will be called Brockopp Brewing Company. To get more details about the new establishment go to their Facebook page Brockopp Brewing. The micro brewery is tentatively set to open in the spring or summer of 2019.
