VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender is working at 5052 113th Ave SE, Kathryn, ND.

Anthony Arnold Schlecht is listed as Moderate Risk; which was assigned by the ND Risk Level Committee of the ND Attorney General’s Office. He is required to register until April 26, 2041.

Schlecht, born in 1993 is a white male; 5’11”, 160 lbs.; blue eyes, brown hair.

Schlecht was convicted in Burleigh Co. District Court in 2016 of Sexual Imposition-B Felony. The victim was a 17-year-old female.
