JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Young Professionals of Jamestown (YPJ) is an organization that is constantly growing and looking for new members.

As part of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce, YPJ has encouraged young professionals in the community to get involved in area events and organizations while providing an outlet for members to connect.

Jamestown Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Emily Bivens says those involved are able to network and connect more to the community of Jamestown with other like-minded individuals.

The YPJ group is responsible for the Business of the Month awards and presentations. They have also started one of the area’s largest volleyball tournaments which is scheduled for March.

Bivens says anyone interested in becoming a member are encouraged to contact her office with any questions. You can visit jamestownchamber.com for more information.
