Barnes County Mowing & Bale Removal

The mowing of all weeds and grasses in the right of ways on all county and township roads, must be completed by October 14, 2018. The county highway department will begin mowing on Monday, October 15, 2018. Any area not cut to specifications will be cut and the actual cost of the mowing will be placed on the taxes levied against the land for the next year.

All bales on the county and township roads right-of-way must be removed by October 14, 2018. Remaining bales will be cleared and the actual cost of the removal will be placed on the taxes levied against the land for the next year.

Shawn Eberl Cancer Benefit

Shawn was diagnosed with invasive adenocarcinoma. Shawn will be making trips to Houston Texas to meet with a team of doctors at MD Anderson Cancer Center on October 8th. Shawn had undergone 6 rounds of chemo with little to no success. The team of doctors will meet to try and find something that can shrink the size of the mass and get his liver functions back up so he can focus on fighting cancer.

Join everyone on October 20th from 11 to 4pm on the UJ Campus Larson Center for a free will lunch and silent auction.
