Sexual Assault Investigation

Valley City, N.D. – Authorities are investigating a report of a sexual assault that occurred Friday near Lake Ashtabula. Barnes County Chief Deputy Sheriff Don Fiebiger says a 17-year old Valley City boy allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old Valley City girl.
