windy conditions, the Blue Jay girls tennis team picked up it’s first win of the season, with a 6-3 West Region victory over Dickinson on Friday at Bolinger Tennis Courts.

Melissa McMillan won in #1 singles, Mandi Schilling in #2 singles, Sondra Pergotski in #4 singles, and Anna Larson in #5 singles.

McMillan and Erin Mullowney teamed up for a win in #1 doubles, and Schilling and Pergotski combined for  a win in #2 singles.

The Jays are 1-2 over-all and 1-2 in the WDA.

Jamestown will take part in a round robin tournament in Minot on Monday, and then host Bismarck Century in a West Region Match on Tuesday.
