James River at Grand Rapids between Jamestown and LaMoure is experiencing some minor flooding. According to those in the area, the floodwaters have gone down some 8-10 inches the last couple of days, and the crest hit sometime earlier this week. Grand Rapids is home to a 9-hole golf course, along with the LaMoure County Summer Musical.
