County has announced .5 million will be spent by the county to fix roads that have been damaged due to high water this year.
Federal funding is available for 12 locations in the county where roads are the worst, but the county has to spend money on the roads first before being reimbursed.
100 percent of the costs can be covered, but the roads are required to be fixed by September 18.
