N.D.–The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, and the North Dakota State Water Commission are holding meetings in Devils Lake and valley City this month to solicit public input on a project to control flows through the Tolna Coulee in the event of erosion of the existing divide resulting from an overflow of Devils Lake.
These public meetings will include a short presentation and time for questions and comments from attendees.
The meeting in Devils Lake will begin at 7 p.m. at the Devils Lake High School on July 27th. The following day a similar meeting will be held in Valley City at the Hi-Liner Activities Center at 7 p.m.
