N.D. – Motorists, farmers and ranchers are being reminded that a small portion of North Dakota Highway 9 will be closed on Friday north of Rogers just west of Highway one.

Barnes County Water Resource District board member Jeff McMillian says the work is being done to install two culverts to alleviate high water that the existing culvert can not handle.

Barnes County Water Resource District executive secretary Jamie Smith says the work was suppose to start on Thursday but  has been delayed by one day. She says the road is now set to re-open on Saturday.
