Carrrington, N.D…The Jimmie golf teams had another good showing Monday at Cross Roads Golf Course in Carrington, the site of the Jamestown College Invite, as the Jimmie men won their fourth consecutive meet, and the Jimmie women tied for first.

For the guys, Jamestown shot 605, and topped Valley City by seven strokes. The Vikings had the Medalist, as Taylor Hendrickson won the meet with a 142. Kameron Hunter of Jamestown College came in second with a 146, and his teammate Brad Quast tied for third with a 150.  Ryan Mehus of the Vikings captured fifth place with a 152, and Tommy Rockis of Jamstown tied for sixth with a 153. 

The Jimmies tied for first in the womens division with Dickinson with a team score of 718. Individually, Tracy Gustafson of Jamestown tied for first with a 164, and her teammate Kelsey Ross finished in third place with a 170. Ashley Hinrichs of Valley City State shot a 173, and tied for fourth. Brianna Stein of Jamestown finished in the top ten, as her score of 180 was good enough for ninth place.

Next up for the Jimmies is the Viking Invitational in Valley City on Sunday at Maple River Golf Course.
